Intersections: Museum Educators and Classroom Teachers Connect is a virtual panel presentation by Museum Educators of Southern California (MESC) in partnership with the California Art Education Association (CAEA), taking place on Thursday, April 30, 2026 from 4:30pm-6:00pm on Zoom. This timely conversation explores arts education in California museums, centering accessibility, equity, and the evolving role of educational programs in museum spaces. Bringing together classroom teachers and art museum educators from across California, the panel will examine what meaningful collaboration looks like and how to leverage the unique strengths of both classrooms and museum galleries to better serve students.
