2019 Annual Institute | Racial Equity and Museums: Creating Structures of Sustained Support for People of Color

  • Vincent Price Art Museum 1301 Avenida Cesar Chavez Monterey Park, CA, 91754 United States (map)

The Annual Institute, MESC’s largest annual professional development event, is a gathering of museum professionals from across the field. This year, we will dialogue on how to create additional opportunities and structures of sustained support for people of color in the museum field. Over the course of this half-day program, we will hear from distinguished speakers, work in small groups to imagine new practices, and make connections within the SoCal museum community. Morning snacks and pastries will be provided. For more information, check out our eventbrite page.

****Registration required. Unfortunately this program is sold out and tickets will not be sold at the door.***
